Brad currently serves as both Vice President of Consulting for Navigate Management Consulting and COO of Professional Services for Solutions360 and is widely known for organizational excellence and project management consulting. He has managed large development and integration projects and directed process improvements as both an executive and a consultant. An accomplished author and speaker, Brad is the architect and presenter of standard-setting management training programs for numerous organizations, including the Project Management Institute, AVIXA, NSCA, ISE, CEDIA, ProSource and PSA Security. He has trained over 25,000 participants globally and consulted with over 100 Systems Integration companies ranging in size from $2M to $1B – increasing their effectiveness, efficiencies and profitability.
