Joel Harris is an experienced executive and consultant across multiple industries, with extensive experience leading, building, and growing low voltage companies from audio visual to security to structured cabling to specialty healthcare (patient education, nurse call). Joel has designed, led, and implemented strategic planning and execution as a consultant from middle market to Fortune 500 companies. Joel leads the strategic planning and operational execution engagements for Navigate, focusing on strategy that drives bottom line profitability. Joel has served in COO and CEO roles for the past twenty years, and in these roles has led multiple successful acquisitions ranging from small companies to large strategic ventures. Joel has a degree in Civil Engineering from The Ohio State University and an MBA from the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill.
